What it’s about: A seasoned racing veteran joins a failing U.K. racing team with a hotshot young driver.

The kid attractor factor: This is more of an adult drama. Some teens might be drawn to the racing aspect.

Good lessons/bad lessons: Being on a team means putting your ego to the side.

Violence: Some harrowing and dangerous driving and crashes resulting in injury.

Language: Some swearing.

Sex: A sex scene, no nudity.

Drugs: None

Parents’ advisory: Fine for older kids and teens, probably too much action and mature themes for younger kids.

Rated PG-13 for strong violent content, bloody images, some strong language, sexual material, and brief drug references.

What it’s about: M3GAN the evil robot returns to battle AMELIA, the new killer droid in town.

The kid attractor factor: Teens might be drawn to the campy genre humor.

Good lessons/bad lessons: We have to put laws and bumpers in place on AI so that we can coexist in harmony.

Violence: Fighting, killing, shooting, stabbing, etc., but nothing too gory or bloody.

Language: Some strong language and swearing.

Sex: A seduction scene.

Drugs: References to drug use.

Parents’ advisory: Fine for older kids and teens, too violent for younger kids.
