Britney Spears' son changes last name

Britney Spears' son has changed his last name.
Sean Preston, 20 - who Britney shares with her former husband Kevin Federline - previously used his father's last name but he recently updated his Instagram handle to Sean P Spears, dropping Federline.
There is no suggestion he has legally changed his name.
Sean Preston and his younger brother Jayden James, 19, had previously been estranged from their mother and lived with their father Kevin.
She has said that her marriage to Sam Asghari "felt like a fake distraction" to enable her to cope with being "cut off" from her sons.
In an Instagram post last August, Britney wrote: "We're just people so fragile and human the hardest years of my life were two sons gone for those 3 years... I was cut off from calling or texting and I remember in shock my secret to survival was denial and a lot of tears its weird me and Sam were married but it almost felt like a fake distraction to help me deal with it (sic)."
The 44-year-old star's sons even moved to Hawaii to be with their father Kevin Federline in 2023 but Britney feels in a much better place now that they have been reunited.
Spears wrote: "Well I know I'm healing bc I'm hungry again like a child or baby... I'm so hungry it hurts and when I eat its like its my first time ever eating in my life...
"I believe although I loved my home there is waaay too much abuse and trauma in there... Today I thank Jesus for food it feel like telling others NO... Owning my body... and letting them REALLY know where I'm from.
"My soul has never experienced food like this a day in my life... so silly and embarrassing I'm going to eat cookies and cream ice cream now... god bless u all (sic)."
Britney has been spending more time with her sons in recent months and has shared Instagram posts with both of them.
Meanwhile Britney - who was released from her conservatorship in November 2021 after 13 years - was arrested last month on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol (DUI) in Ventura, California.
And, her family have been by her side since the arrest.
Shortly after the news of her arrest broke, a rep told Daily Mail: "This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable.
Ventura County sheriff records show Britney is scheduled to appear in court over the incident on May 4.
And, former spouse Kevin Federline has insisted her struggles were shaped by her treatment when she was younger.
Speaking on Chris Jericho's Talk Is Jericho podcast recently, the former dancer said: "Right. And that is where a lot of my sympathy for her comes from, because this isn't all just her... Hollywood is to blame, you know what I mean? Number one. Giving a person everything and expecting them to be who you want them to be, not letting them be who they are.
"And you are talking like 16 years old is when that started. Her, obviously yes - Mickey Mouse Club and all that - there were a lot of things before. But to put a 16 year old in a situation where you drop a record and it goes around the world overnight, man, and you're an instant success, and it gradually gets bigger from there… we are not talking one‑hit‑wonder types. Like you said, by the time we were together, she had already been on the radar and at the top of the chart for years.
"And so young that you are not even able to… how do you even know? You don't even know who you are. On a human level, you have no idea. So it's like she's trying to figure all these things out, and all that stuff comes into play when I think about her situation."
