Rosanne Cash, eldest daughter of late country crooner Johnny Cash, has postponed three of her upcoming shows after suffering an “unexpected medical emergency.”

Cash’s management team revealed the news with an Instagram post on Monday, though they did not provide any specific details about the 71-year-old singer’s health.

“She is recovering under her doctors’ supervision, who have recommended a temporary restriction on travel and performing,” the statement said, adding that Cash “deeply regrets the cancellation and looks forward to rescheduling the appearances.”

The postponed shows include a performance Wednesday night at the WYO Performing Arts Center in Sheridan, Wyoming; her appearance on Thursday at the Alberta Bair Theater in Billings, Montana; and her Saturday concert at Tinworks Art in Bozeman, Montana.

New dates for the trio of concerts have not yet been announced.

According to her current tour schedule, Cash is now slated to appear next in Jonesboro, Arkansas, for the 4th annual Sunken Lands Songwriting Circle on Sept. 19. She also has a series of European performances scheduled throughout October, and then a concert on Nov. 9 at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium followed by shows in California with dates starting early next year.

A critically acclaimed singer and songwriter, Cash has won four Grammy Awards, secured 11 No. 1country hit singles. She is also the first daughter of Johnny Cash and his first wife, Vivian Liberto. Following their divorce the “Walk the Line” singer famously married June Carter.
